Dit geeft het bier nog meer complexiteit en smaken van vanille, hout en de drank die van origine in het vat heeft gezeten. Der Reifungsprozess

[sf_icon image=”” character=”V” size=”small” cont=”no” float=”left” color=””]oordat je dit heerlijke vategrijpte bier in je glas uitschenkt ondergaat het een tocht van zo’n jaar door onze Brouwboerderij Bartlehiem. Het bier wordt in onze eigen ketels gebrouwen, waarna het in de eikenhouten vaten gaat die op dit moment liggen opgeslagen in een schuur in Oudkerk. Soms voegen we tijdens het rijpingsproces extra lokale ingrediënten toe zoals fruit of kruiden uit eigen tuin.

Während der Reifung, schaut der Brauer ab und zu in den Fässern nach um das Bier zu sehen, zu riechen und natürlich zu probieren. Wenn das Bier gut schmeckt, wird es von Hand auf Flaschen abgefüllt. Und dann gibt es eine beschränkte Anzahl von Flaschen mit einzigartigem Bier in dem Verkauf!
